SINADARAN VITAMIN

Nawa ne adadin sinadaran vitamin kuma ina son cikakken bayani a game da su.

Sinadaran vitamin wadansu kananan sinadarai ne da ido baya iya gani, wadanda ake samu a abinci kuma suke taimakawa jiki aiyuka dabam-dabam na yau da kullum, kamar sarrafa shi abincin, kashe wadansu kwayoyin cuta, gina sassan jiki da zama cikin koshin lafiya a ko da yaushe. A yanzu haka wajen shekaru dari ke nan da gano su. Dukkaninsu su goma sha biyu (12) ne, shi ya sa aka sasu a rukunnai na A, B, C, D, E da K:

1. Bitamin na rukunin A: Amfaninsa shine kara karfin ido. Yana kuma hana dundumi (wani ciwo da mutun zai kasance yana gani da rana, amma da duhu yayi ya daina gani sosai). Ana samunsa a abinci kamar karas, alaiyahu, man kifi (misali cod liver oil), hanta ko kwai. Hukumar lafiya ta bada umarnin sashi a man gyada da buhun sikari saboda a kara yawan abinci masu dauke dashi.

2.      2.  Bitamin na rukunin B: Wannan rukuni ya kunshi nau’in sinadarai bakwai, shi ya sa ake kiransu B complex:

B1 – Wani sinadari da ke karawa laka ko jijiyoyinmu karko. Ana samunsa a hatsi da shinkafa.

B2 – Wani sinadari da ke taimakawa wajen sarrafa abincin da muka ci. Ana samunsa a a kwai da alkama.

B3 – Wanda ke taimakawa wajen sarrafa sababbin kananan halittu na jiki (cells) don maye gurbin wadanda suka mutu. Ana samunsa a kowane irin nama da kayan marmari da hatsi in banda masara.

B5 – Yana taimakawa jiki sarrafa abinci, kuma ana samunsa a kusan kowane irin abinci.

B6 – Ana samunsa a madara da nama da shinkafa. Ba a samunsa a hatsi ko kayan itatuwa. Rashin wannan sinadari na kawo kurajen baki musamman a yara.

B7 – Ana ci a hanta da kwaiduwa (kwanduwa). Yana kara kyau da kyallin gashi da farce.

Babu rukunin B8

B9 (Folic acid) – Ana samu a duk kayan ganye da na marmari. Babu a hatsi da shinkafa. Yana taimakawa wajen sarrafa sababbin kananan halittu na jiki (cells). Wannan ne yasa ake bawa mata masu ciki kari saboda yawan sarrafa kananan halittu na dan tayi.

3.     3.  Bitamin na rukunin C: Amfaninsa shine kara karkon dukkan halittun jiki da tsane kitse. Ana samu a goba, lemon zaki da na tsami da wasu ganyayyaki.

4.     4.  Bitaman na rukunin D: Wannan sinadari shine kadai jikinmu kan iya sarrafawa. Koda ce take sarrafa wani bangare sai rana ta lokacin hantsi ta karasa ragowar. Yana kara karfin kashi. Yaran da ba sa shan hantsi kan iya zama gwame in har ba a basu madara ko man kifi tunda ana iya samu a madara da man kifi.

5.    5.  Bitaman na rukunin E: Yana kara karfin jijiyoyi da kuma kyan fata. Ana samu a gyada da man gyada, da hatsi. Ana sashi a wasu man shafawa da sabulun wanka don gyaran fata.

6.     6.    Bitamin na rukunin K: Shi kuma wannan ana cinsa a ganyen alaiyahu da kabeji, da kuma hanta. Shine kadai bitamin da kwayoyin bacteria dake cikin hanji ke sarrafa mana fiye da wanda muke samu a abinci. Yana taimakawa lafiyar jini.

Ciwon ciki yana da dalilai da dama. Bayan cin abinci idan aka fara ciwon ciki da gudawa to watakil akwai kwayoyin cuta a cikin abin da aka ci. Idan ma ba gudawa zai iya zama kwayar cutar tafot in har akwai ciwon kai jefi-jefi. Abin nufi dai yawanci ciwon ciki in dai bayan cin abinci ne kwayoyin cuta su suka fi kawowa. Sai kuma olsa amma wannan yafi faruwa idan kina jin yunwa. Saboda haka kina bukatar ganin likita ya kara miki ‘yan tambayoyi a tabbatar, ko ma a gwada jininki harma da bayan gida, a ga ko akwai kwayoyin. Tsabtar hannaye kafin cin abinci da bayan shiga bayan gida tana taimakawa kwarai da gaske wajen rage kwayoyin cutar, don duk yawanci daga hannu muke cinsu.


Me yasa in nasha madara da yawa sai na yi gudawa?

Shi kuma shan wani abu kamar madara sannan ayi gudawa kan faru idan madara bata karbeka ba. Wani lokaci idan ka sha kadan-kadan irin wannan bata faruwa. Wannan shi ake kira milk allergy. Shawara itace ko ka sha kadan ko ka canja nau’in madarar ka sha ta waken soya (soyamilk) wadda ake samu a kasuwa, kuma tafi madarar shanu (wadda da ita ake madarar gwangwani) lafiya.
