BAMBANCI TSAKANIN NAU’IKAN SUGA

Suga a kimiyyance ya kasu kala shida; akwai glucose, fructose, galactose, sucrose, maltose, da lactose. Duk wani nau’in suga da ka taba ci dayan wadannan ne, har wadanda ake sarrafawa a kamfani. Shi suga da aka sani na shan kunu ko shayi shine sucrose, wanda ake tatsa a rake. Shi asalinsa ruwan kasa ne saboda bezar raken. Idan aka wanke shi yakan dawo fari. Sauran ‘ya’yan itatuwa suma suna da nasu irin sugan wanda dole daya ne ko biyu daga cikin wadannan da aka lissafa. Akwai iri biyu a zuma ma, wadanda sune glucose da fructose. Haka ma hatsi da sauran kayan abinci, duk suna da sukari. Kai har irinsu madara da yagot da ake gani ake ji kamar ba zaqi, suna da sukari, wanda shine lactose, wanda ka ga shima daya ne daga cikin wadancan da aka lissafa.

Wannan nau’in suga da ake mayar da su shine glucose, wanda shima ka ga daya ne daga cikin wadannan nau’ikan suga da aka lissafa.

Jiki ba zai iya rayuwa ba suga ba domin suga shine ginshikin sinadaran ba da kuzari  ga jiki.
